Senior Companion Services
When you want someone who loves like family.
Both of my parents have passed and I have volunteered with seniors for years. The organization business has served an aging population. I have maintained many of those relationships long after the work was done.
This led to an additional arm of service, senior companion. This is NOT a medical role and have no medical training. Instead, I go on walks, drive people to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and outings. I can assist with light housekeeping and cooking, or just sit for chats and enjoy one another's company.
Caretaker roles are emotionally, mentally and, at times, financially draining. Sometimes we just need a break from our loved ones. With this arrangement, there is no required schedule, only a small 4-hour per occurrence minimum.
